Cobb salad is an American leftover salad typically made with chopped salad greens (Iceberg, watercress, endive, and roman lettuce) tomato, crispy bacon, grilled or roasted but not fried . Meat, cheese, egg and vegetables can be used in these.
Cobb salads must be made with homemade dressing, which is so simple that there is really no excuse. Just make some red wine vinaigrette and store it in a mason jar you can use any time as per your choice. But I personally like Ranch dressing with this salad.
In terms of Cobb salad use can choose any route. Our recipe is filled with crispy bacon, ripe Avocado, boiled eggs, roasted chicken, cherry tomato and Roquefort cheese.
